(elbcradio.com/Liberia/Nov. 21, 2014)-Political campaign for the 2014 Special Senatorial Election in Liberia has begun across the country.

The National Election Commission (NEC) set Thursday, November 20 as the commencement date for the senatorial election, slated to end 24-hours before polling day.

The electoral time-table was released recently in the Liberian Capital, Monrovia, by the National Elections Commission.
Meanwhile, NEC Chairman, Jerome Korkoyah, is urging candidates and their supporters to campaign peacefully.

Cllr. Korkoyah wants actors use the campaign period to unveil their ideology and plans for the advancement of the democratic process in Liberia.

The Commission Chairman is also warning candidates to do away with bitter exchanges and show respect for each other during their various campaign trails.
