VP Boakai praises Govt, private sector collaboration

(elbcradio.com/Mar. 24, 2015)-Vice President, Joseph  N. Boakai, has praised Government-private sector collaboration in the development of the country.

Vice President Boakai said he welcomes the enormous contributions of the private sector, particularly in the health and education sectors of the country.

He commended the Management of -ELWA Liberia for the level of support given Government in the fight against
Ebola.

The Vice President said:” SIM-ELWA, through its medical and religious programs, continues to serve the people of Liberia.”  He spoke Monday when a three-man delegation from ELWA paid him in a courtesy call at his Capitol Building Office in Monrovia.

“Government will continue to support all ELWA-sponsored projects across the country,” Vice President Boakai said.
Earlier, ELWA Director, David Writebol, told the Vice President that though Liberia’s success story in the Ebola fight was characterized by great sacrifices and commitment to service.

Mr. Writebol assured Vice President Boakai of his institution’s continued support to Government’s programs.
