(elbcradio.com/June 2, 2015)-Cllr. Moses Paegar has won the Liberia National Bar Association’s elections as the Bar’s new president.

The Sherman and Sherman Firm’s lawyer was elected over the weekend during the Bar’s National Convention in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County.

Others elected are Cllr. Bimah Lasana and Attorney Anthony Sulonteh, Vice President and Secretary General, respectively, among others.

In a statement after his victory, President-Elect Paegar thanked his colleagues for electing him, but stressed that they should not expect too much too soon from his leadership.

Cllr. Paegar, however, promised to exert every effort to move the association forward.
The newly elected leadership succeeds the Theophilus Gould’s Administration, and will stir the affairs of the association for the next three years.
