(elbcradio.com/June 30, 2015)-A Female entrepreneur, Korlu Weedor, is providing commercial electricity for community residents.

Madam Weedor says her action was driven, due to the need and essence for security, growth and economic development of the country.

She said, she has single-handily been working to provide electricity without government’s, or external support.
The Chief executive of the Good and Perfect Business, INC told our reporter that she charges a residence a minimum rate of US$35.00 per arm.

The female entrepreneur said she has been operating since 2013 and is now faced with series of challenges ranging from power theft, unavailability of fuel, and back-up generator, amongst others.

She, however, said she intends extending her operation to other communities in and around Monrovia faced with similar challenges in the provision of the service, especially areas without LEC services.

The Female entrepreneur also said she operates three generators and about five hundred residents were currently benefiting from the service.

Madam Weedor is meanwhile calling on well-meaning Liberians, Local and international partners, and stakeholders to join her to improve the business.

She called on power Tiff to stop in the Country if Liberia is to develop in power generation.
