(elbcradio.com/August 5, 2015)-Liberia Football Association President, Musa Bility, is in Cairo, Egypt to meet with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Executive Committee.

Mr. Bility left the country for the Egyptian Capital early this week upon CAF Executive Committee’s request.

Mr. Bility is due to address CAF Executive Committee at the Confederation’s Headquarters Friday, August 7, 2015 on his quest to contest the FIFA Presidential election in February.

The LFA Chief intends to convince CAF on why Africa should support him in his quest to succeed the outgoing FIFA President, Sepp Blatter, in the up-coming election.

Mr. Bility needs CAF’s endorsement to stand against UEFA President, Michel Platini, and former Brazilian International, Zico, in the pending football world body’s election.

Besides Musa Bility, no other African Football official has expressed interest in the FIFA election.

The LFA Boss is being accompanied to Cairo by the local FA’s former President, Edwin Snow.

At the same time, a former LFA Executive Committee Member, Garmondeh Karnga, has hailed Mr. Bility’s move, but thinks Bility has not done enough to be supported by the whole of Africa.

“I love his quest, but there is one problem and that is, he doesn’t have highlights in international football. For Liberia to take over world football, God has to come down to do that for us,” Mr. Karnga emphasized.
