(elbcradio.com/August 14, 2015)-Liberia Football Association (LFA) says the country’s next African Cup of Nations’ qualifier in Monrovia has been brought forward.

The match between Liberia and Tunisia, scheduled for Sunday, September 6, 2015, will now take place Saturday, September 5 at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium (ATS).

LFA President, Musa Bility, told a press conference Monday, August 10 that the encounter was brought forward to enable Lone Star Head Coach, James Debah, and Deputy Head Coach, Kelvin Segbe, depart for a month-long training in Germany.

President Bility said the two coaches will depart Liberia Sunday, September 6 following Saturday’s game.

At the same time, the local FA is yet to release the names of foreign-based players it said were invited for Liberia’s match against Tunisia.

The LFA Boss, at Monday’s press conference, said the names were to be released shortly.

When our reporter contacted the LFA, sources closed to football governing body in Liberia said the local FA Boss was not fully informed as the technical has not submitted any list of such players’ names to his office as yet.

LFA Secretary-General, Alphonso Armah, told lbsonline Sports that the list of players will be released to the public.
Mr. Armah said finishing touches are being put together to have the list out.
