(elbcradio.com/Oct. 7, 2015)-Bomi County authorities have allocated US$40,000.00 for the construction of a multilateral high school in Jenneh #3 Compound, Dewein District.

The Commissioner of Dewein District, Foley Siryon, told LINA that the money was taken from the County and Social Development Funds.

Commissioner Siryon said the Bomi County Legislative Caucus and the County Administration took the decision to ensure that students of the District have access to secondary education.

“The late President, Samuel Kanyon Doe, started constructing the school in the late 1980s, but was interrupted by the 14-year-civil war,” he also said.
Commissioner Siryon said residents of the district met early last month and resolved to complete the school project to enable students of the District continue their high school education there
