(elbcradio.com/Mar. 15, 2016)-The National Elections Commission (NEC) is today inspecting political party Headquarters across Liberia.

According to the Communications Director, Joey Kennedy, the process is intended to ensure that political party offices meet the standard and regulations set by the NEC.

Mr. Kennedy said the Commission officials will be inspecting party offices, especially bathroom facilities, and political parties’ abilities to keep its supporters in the confines of its premises.

He also said any political party Headquarters falling short of the NEC’s set standard, its operational license would be revoked.

The NEC Communications Director noted that the process will later begin in Monrovia and will be extended to the 15 counties.

Mr. Kennedy said the exercise will last for three days, beginning Wednesday, March 17, 2016.
