The Foreign Minister Ngafuan announced the new regulations Thursday 6th December 2012 at the Ministry of Information, Culture Affairs and Tourism’s weekly press briefing in Monrovia.

“Diplomatic and Official Passports are privileged documents and are issued to certain categories of individuals spelled out in the regulations” he stressed.
