MONROVIA, LIBERIA-LBS Deputy Director-General for Administration, Hattie Hunder, is encouraging a culture of offering quality services at various levels of the Liberian society.

Deputy Director-General Hunder wants service provider, including teachers in Liberia, treat their customers or receivers with high degree of care, respect and humility.

Mrs. Hunder wants service providers be passionate about their jobs, stressing that such quality would create a world class service at their respective institutions.

She frowned on aggressiveness and impoliteness on the part of service providers, saying such practice creates a negative impact on the institution.

The LBS Deputy Director-General spoke Friday, October 7, 2016 during an interactive session with teachers, staff and administrators of the Isaac A. David Memorial School in Paynesville, near the Liberian Capital, Monrovia.

The program was organized in honor of teachers of the school as part of celebration of International Teachers Day.

Mrs. Hunder, a Board Member of the learning institution, praised the teachers for their important contributions to society, and reminded them to always keep a positive interaction with the students.
