MONROVIA-The National Housing Authority (NHA) said it will dedicate Seventy-three new housing units constructed at the NASSCORP Village in Brewerville, Montserrado County, and this week end.

According to NHA Deputy Managing Director, Prince Wreh, the initiative is government’s way of fulfilling its commitment to provide affordable and dignified homes for its citizens.

Mr.Wreh spoke to ELBC Thursday, January 12, 2017, thanking the National Housing Authority for providing the funding and urged Liberians to take advantage of acquiring the homes.

Mr.Wreh said:” Though the housing unit is twenty-thousand US dollars, there are various programs, including the mortgage and ‘rent-to-pay’ schemes, to make the facilities affordable to individuals unable to uprightly purchase one.”

Meanwhile. The NHA Executive has disclosed the construction of several permanent housing units in VOA Community for relocated residents of West Point Community.

He said:” Government has allotted over 1(M) Million US dollars in the current fiscal budget, and the housing project will be given to the residents at no cost upon completion.”
