Lone Star (MTN) states regrets to Lower House

MOROVIA-Lone Star Cell has apologized to the House of Representatives for its recent action against that eminent body.
In a communication to the House of Representatives dated February 17, 2017, the company expressed further regrets for the actions of its Deputy Chief Executive Officer when he appeared before the Lower House.
The company admitted:” Not limiting the number of minutes in the promotional call of One United States dollar for three days would expose the business to huge tax burden, and a disastrous business proposition.”
The GSM Company, however, assured the House of Representatives of its commitment of providing best class telecommunications services at affordable costs to the Liberian people.
Meanwhile, the House of Representatives has accepted the apology from Lone Star Cell MTN and instructed its relevant committees to work along with the company in harmonizing their differences.
