MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Resident Judge of Criminal Court C, Blamo Dixon, says there is disunity among members of the National Trial judges in the country.

Judge Dixon said the situation has caused trail judges to lose their sense of direction to the extent of disregarding the National Trial Judges Association.

He said due to this, the judges are undermining one another and, therefore, complaining directly to Chief Justice Francis Korkpor.

Judge Dixon said the mandate of trial judges is to speak with one voice and become a common front to liaise with the present administration.

The Judge Dixon made the remarks Monday, November 13, 2017 when he delivered his charge during the openings of Criminal Courts A, B, C, D and E at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia.

He admonished his colleagues to respect each other, stressing that when a complaint is filed against a person by a party litigant and make an appearance, it is prudent to cooperate and attend the summary proceedings.
