MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The National Identification Registry Director Tiah Nagbe says frantic efforts are underway to make the ongoing citizen ID card registration process accessible to everyone. Mr. Nagbe said:” In addition to the eleven areas set up across the Country, a mobile team is being organized to enhance the registration process.” He said NIR was committed to ensuring that Liberians from all across the Country get registered and get a citizen Identification Card. He told the Information Press Conference Thursday, November 30, 2017, that the project would provide a tangible identification document. According to him, the exercise will also create a national data base which could be useful for national development planning, among others. Registration for national citizen identification card is ongoing in Country at the cost of $5 US Dollars.
