MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The Supreme Court has lifted the suspension of Justice Minister designate, Charles Gibson, and his license restored.

The court further declared on Thursday, January 25, 2018, that Counselor Gibson can now practice before all courts in the bailiwick of Liberia.

Cllr. Gibson's suspension was based on his failure to restitute the amount of twenty- five- thousand- three- hundred – twenty- two United States Dollars to his client.

He was suspended for two months and ordered to pay the amount, when judgment was handed down by the High Court in Febraury 2017.

Lead lawyer, Cllr. Emmanuel James, representing Justice Minister designate told the court that the time set by the Court was marred by financial crisis and loss of job, thus making him incapacitated to pay the money.
