Emmanuel Whea’s declaration was posted by him on his social media page earlier Monday.
Liberia Kickball Federation runs kickball sport in Liberia.

The sport is played with the legs and hands by women or ladies. It is a replica of the American baseball sport.

Kickball is presently the second most popular sport in Liberia after football. It is widely played amongst female students at almost all of the schools across the country. It is also the second most attended game across the country.

Currently, authorities of the LKF are exerting efforts to take the game to other West African States, but funding is proving difficult.

The sport attracts lots of young ladies who use the sport to enroll at various academic schools through scholarships.

Many schools established the kickball scholarship program to help provide education for underprivileged young ladies who have the skill to play the game.

There are several permanent Liberian ladies who played Kickball while in high schools.

At the moment, there are more than 50 Kickball Clubs established to compete in the First, Second and Third Divisions Championship across Liberia.

For the past four seasons, six clubs (CYE, Amazon, Aries, Supreme Girls, Ask Sisters, and Mighty Giants Sisters) have strongly battled for the First Division title with none winning back-to-back.

Angels of the Sky or Ask Sisters are the current Champions of the First Division Competition.

The 2018 League season got off last weekend.
