Pres. Weah sends condolences to Indonesia…

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Manneh Weah has sent a message of consolation to the Government and people of Indonesia, following a tragic earthquake and tsunami in that Asian Nation.
The tragic earthquake and tsunami hit the Indonesian city of Palu, killing more than eight-hundred-forty persons.
A Foreign Ministry release issued Tuesday, October 2, 2018 said while expressing sympathy to his Indonesian counterpart, President Weah said he was deeply saddened about the loss of those lives.
In the message to Indonesian President Mr. Joko Widodo, the Liberian Leader extended heartfelt condolences to the Indonesian Government and People especially the bereaved families for the irreparable loss sustained.
The Liberian leader then hoped and prayed that President Joko Widodo and the people of Indonesia will find comfort, fortitude and endurance during this difficult period of national mourning.
