First Division leaders Watanga FC continued their fine start to the season with a 4-3 victory over Nimba United at the North Stars Stadium.

Elijah Clark’s hat-trick plus a Fasedu Logan late strike gave all three points to Watanga FC at a difficult ground where Watanga has never won before.

Both teams ended that match down to ten-men.

League champions BYC kept the pressure on leaders when they beat Jubilee 3-0 at the Nancy B Doe Stadium in Kakata.

LISCR FC defeated Small Town FC 1-0 in game two at the ATS.

Before that match, NPA Oilers and NPA Anchor battled each other to a 0-0 draw in their Bushrod Island derby.

Monrovia Club Breweries won their second game of the season with a 2-1 victory over Nimba FC at the Doris Williams Stadium in Buchanan City, Grand Bassa County.

In the second division, Invincible Eleven IE collected their second win of the season with a 1-0 win over Tony FC at the UNT pitch.
Mighty Barrolle lost for the second time in the season with 2-1 defeat at the hands of champions Bea Mountain at the Kinjor Stadium in Grand Cape Mount County.

Jai FC defeated Junior Professionals 1-0, while Gardnerville FC whipped Srimex 3-0 all at the ATS.

BYC II defeated Samiria FC 1-0 despite finding it difficult to get pass goalkeeper Humphrey Grubage in several attempts.

The young Liberian goalkeeper’s presence was a serious storming block for BYCII at the Blue field.
