Pres. Weah builds modern recording studio

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Liberian artists are expected to benefit from modern recording studio to assist in the production of quality music.

According to Deputy Press Secretary Smith Toby, President George Weah is constructing a modern studio to add value to quality music production in Liberia.

He said:” The President’s dream is to alleviate production cost associated with quality sound track.”

The studio is currently being constructed at the Forky Klon Church in Rehab Community in Paynesville.

The move by the President is intended to put Liberia on par with other countries in terms of quality music production.

The Press Secretary made the disclosure in response to critics’ comments that the President is constructing a radio station at the facility of the church.

Mr.Toby also clarified that the President is not constructing a radio station but a modern recording studio that will boost the quality of Liberian music.
