Int’l Christian Embassy Jerusalem-Liberia praises Liberians for sustaining peace

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The International Christian Embassy Jerusalem-Liberia (ICEJ-Liberia) is extolling the President of Liberia, the Government, the Liberia Council of Churches, the opposition community, well-meaning and peace-loving Liberians for the high degree of patient and humility demonstrated as the result of alleviating the high level tension that was gradually engulfing the country.

The Embassy has observed that the timely engagement by all peace-loving stakeholders has resulted into minimizing the high tension within the country.  

ICEJ-Liberia calls on all citizens, irrespective of religious affiliation of the 15 sub-political divisions of Liberia, to begin to speak positively of their Country.

ICEJ-Liberia wishes to remind all citizens and people living within the territorial confine of Liberia to uphold the peace.

The release quotes ICEJ-Liberia National Director, Apostle J. Aaron Wright, Snr., as saying,” This peace that we have today was earned by the lives of Liberians, our West African brothers and sisters, including the global community, therefore ever single Liberian and those residing in Liberia are encouraged by holding their feet to the fire in sustaining this peace we are now enjoying in the Country.”
He is encouraging Liberians and foreign nationals in Liberia to keep their faith in seeing a prosperous and holistic peaceful co-existing in Liberia for all.

He is at the same time encouraging the entire citizenry and foreigners to be peace abiding.

ICEJ-Liberia is also admonishing people from all spectrum of the Liberian society to desist from every act of hatred, violence, and to remember God’s love and protection over the Nation.

ICEJ-Liberia encourage the Government of Liberia to uphold the rule of law by ensuring that the rights of everyone is respect and must focus on reconciling the people of Liberia who have the scars of the nearly 14 civil unrest and the Ebola traumatizing epidemic.

The Embassy wishes the Government and the Republic of Liberia Shalom.
