(mylbsonline/Liberia)-President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf says every Liberian has the right to demonstrate, provided such demonstration is done within the confines of the law.

President Johnson-Sirleaf said: “Liberia is a democratic country and government will not stop anyone from demonstrating.”

“Organizers and Demonstrators will be held liable, if they go beyond the confines of the law", she warned.

The Liberian Leader, however, added: “People must be prepared to take responsibility for their actions, because government has the responsibility to protect lives and properties, including those of demonstrators.”
