Massive failure hits University of Liberia 2019 Entrance again

MONROVIA, Liberia –Yet another mass failure has been reported from the 2019 Entrance and Placement Exams of the University of Liberia.

According to results the under-graduate colleges, had about 4,541 candidates that sat the exams, with 461 made a provisional pass, about another 1,521 made a regular pass while 2,559 constituting 56.3% of the total number were unsuccessful. 

The Graduate School, registered 285 for the exams, about 12 were absent, and 173 sat the exams but of the 273 candidates who sat the exams, 78 candidates passed, 95 others failed the exams. According to statistics, 62 % of the successful candidates are males, while 37 % are females

The States-run University of Liberia’s candidates for the second placement entrance included Starz Sinje Technical College and the College of General Studies and the Graduate School.
