Logistical problem hard-hit Fire Service Bureau

(mylbsonline/Liberia)-The Liberia National Fire Service Bureau says it is being faced with logistical problem.

According to the National Fire Service Bureau Director, Warsuwah Barvoul, the logistical problem comes amidst increase in fire outbreaks in Liberia.

Speaking to mylbsonline Thursday, May 16, 2013, Director Barvoul said: “The entity has only two fire trucks operating in the country.”

“The Bureau needs additional fire trucks to be more effective in combating arson,” Mr. Barvoul noted.

“The Bureau needs additional six trucks to enable it adequately cover Montserrado County, including the Liberian Capital, Monrovia” he added.
