Mr. Johnson quoted the Finance Minister as having said: “Though I come from Gbarpolu County, I will not give the county preferential treatment, if a report for the last expenditure is not submitted to the Ministry.”

When contacted, Gbarpolu County Superintendent, Allen Gbowee, told mylbsonline that the Project Management Committee (PMC), through the county administration, has since submitted the report to the Ministry of Finance.
