(mylbsonline/Liberia)-Liberia Football Association (LFA) President, Musa Bility, has filed a US$ 600,000   bond with Criminal Court ‘C’ at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia.

Mr. Bility filed the bond in the Liberian Capital Friday, August 2, 2013 to have him placed on bill.

Hearing and determination in the multiple charges brought against him and other prominent Liberians by the Liberian Government are pending.

The accused has, meanwhile, dismissed claims that he is at large, especially in the absence of a regular writ of arrest.

According to mylbsonline.com Judicial Reporter, the President of the Liberia Bank for Development and Investment (LBDI), John Davies, and First International Bank have also filed two separate bonds with Criminal Court ‘C’.

Mr. Davies filed a bond of US$600, 000 while the First International Bank filed a bond of US$115,000 with the court.

The bonds are to secure their temporary release on bill pending the hearing and determination of the Economic Sabotage and other criminal charges brought against them by the government.

The reporter also said: “The First International Bank also presented a check of more than US$56,000 to Criminal Court ‘C’.”

“The money represents payment for losses government sustained as a result of the dubious financial transaction,” he noted.
