( Federation of Gbarpolu Citizens in the Americas is commending the Liberian Government, especially President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, for the completion of the Belle Yella Road.

The organization’s Acting Chairman, Henry Kesselly, said: “The road is a major boost for the people of Gbarpolu County and the entire country.”

He also said: “The road is being used by traders and farmers who will have access to taking their goods and products to market centers.”

Mr. Kesselly made these statements recently upon arrival in the country.

“I am impressed with the level of development taking place in the country.”

Mr. Kesselly cited the newly dedicated Buchanan Road named, Diahnblah-Gbezohn Highway and, the rehabilitation and construction of additional streets in Monrovia, Paynesville, and environs.

He is meanwhile admonishing his fellow compatriots to give support to the government in its quest to develop Liberia.

He emphasized: “Liberia can only be built by Liberians.”
