(mylbsonline.com/Liberia/Oct.9/2013)-The Commercial Court at the Temple of Justice has temporarily lifted its attachment order against the Management of Embassy Suite in Mamba Point, Monrovia.

Embassy Suite was formerly known as Mamba Point Resort and Arnold Fawood, popularly known as Geeco.

The Court attached the two defendants recently for their failure to settle their indebtedness to ECOBANK in the amount of US$1.8m loan.

The Court, however, said: “In the event where they fail to pay the money by Monday, October 7, 2013, it would reinforce its judgment to compel the two defendants to pay the money.”

The Commercial Court reached the decision Saturday, October 5, 2013 after the Management of Embassy Suite and Arnold Fawood requested the court for time enlargement to make the money available.

ECOBANK recently attached Embassy Suite and Arnold Fawood in its law suit for reportedly breaching the loan agreement signed by both parties.
