Prez. Sirleaf returns, describe visit successful

(mylbsonline.com/Liberia/Oct.10/ 2013)-President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf has returned home amidst heroic welcome.

Speaking Wednesday 9, October upon her return, President Johnson-Sirleaf described her visit to the United States, Canada and  Costarica as successful and said: “I was advised to remain in the United Sstates for full recuperation, but I, however, chose to return and recuperate at home.”

The Liberian Leader expressed optimism that her recuperation will last for just few days after which she will begin preparing for the dried season activities to continue with the national development agenda.

She called on her Liberians to join the government in fostering the development of the country.

According to the President, she remains grateful that Liberians could show such a dedication to peace and unity by their mass turns up to grace her return to the country.

She then reminded her compatriots that the country’s development agenda was grate and needed every effort towards the ‘forward march.’
