(mylbsonline.com/Liberia/Nov.1/2013) A Local Communication Company (Lone Star) has promised to digitize the new Omega Market School for market women’s children.

Lone Star Communication Consultant, Lawrence Bropleh, spoke Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013 during the official celebration of President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf’s 75th birth anniversary in Monrovia.

Dr. Bropleh said: “The school will be fully computerized at the cost of over US$100,000.”

According to him, Lone Star Cell was always prepared to identify with the Liberian Government and people to ensuring that the national reconstruction drive, under President Johnson-Sirleaf’s administration, becomes a reality.

Meanwhile, the Superintendent Council of Liberia has promised, on behalf of the nation’s 15 County Superintendents, a US$7,500 contribution to the Omega Market Project.

The Chairman of the Superintendent Council of Liberia, Milton Teahjay, however, clarified that the money will neither be taken from the County Development Fund (CDF), nor the Community Social Development Fund (CSDF).

Mr. Teahjay said: “The money will come from the personal pockets of the Superintendents who are always prepared to work along with President Johnson-Sirleaf to achieve the national development agenda.”
