(mylbsonline.com/Liberia/Nov.12/2013) Another legislative project, valued over US$156,000.00, has been launched in Gibi District, Margibi County.

The project, including public schools, a guest house and two town halls, were launched by the Liberia Agency for Community Empowerment (LACE) and the Margibi County Legislative Caucus.

Recently, LACE and both Caucuses of Grand Cape Mount and Bong Counties broke grounds for several legislative projects in their respective counties.

LACE Executive Director, Ramses Kumbuyah, warned that any unnecessary delay by contractors in completing the projects on time will lead to termination of violator’s contract.

Mr. Kumbuyah also appealed to government to ensure that funds for the projects are remitted timely to enable contractors implement the job in line with schedule.

He then disclosed that the contractors will implement the projects on a pre-financing basis.
