MONROVIA, LIBERIA (Wholquoi Yeahgar) – The 54th Legislature has resume official business on Monday, January13, 2020.

Our reporter quotes a legislative source as saying the august body resumes its 3rd Session on Monday, January 13, 2020 in line with Article 32 of the Liberian Constitution.

According to Article 32 of the Constitution, “the Legislature shall assemble in regular in session once a year on the Second Working Monday in January”.

ELBC Reporter added that a joint program following outdoor activities between the House of Representative and the Senate was held.

Meanwhile, the leadership of both Houses and the President are expected to make special remarks.
