MONROVIA, LIBERIA (Fabine Kwiah reports)-A team of Anti-Robbery Officers of the Liberia National Police has been dispatched to a crime scene on the murder of a German National, George Schedenann in Buchanan, Grand Bassa County.
Massive search is ongoing in an attempt to track down eight armed robbers involved in the murder of the German National.
ELBC Correspondent quotes the wife of the deceased; Linda Schedenann as saying, her husband left their home to do some work at the office but only to hear the sound of gun shots coming from the direction of the company’s fence.
Mrs. Schedenann said upon their arrival at the compound, her husband, George Schedenann was on the ground bleeding from bullet wound.
Another eyewitness, the Transport Supervisor of the company, Okansee Pajibo, said the eight armed robbers forced their way in the fence, demanding money reportedly brought to the company.
Meanwhile, Grand Bassa County Superintendent, Janjay Barkpeh assured foreign investors of security protection, saying the government is doing everything possible to arrest and prosecute perpetrators of this gruesome act.
