MOROVIA, LIBERIA – Liberia has recorded another new case of the Corona virus, bringing the total of number of cases in the country to 14.
Health Minister, Dr. Wilhelmina Jallah, said the 14th case was recorded following the testing of several people suspected of having the virus.
She said with the increase in the number of cases in the country, contact tracing was being intensified across communities where people have come down with the virus.
Dr. Jallah speaking at the Incident Management Team Press Conference called on Liberians to take the issue of the virus serious and report sick people.
She said the COVID -19 death rate is very low but people with symptom of the virus refusing to report themselves to hospital, risk dying of the virus.
