Congress for Democratic Change Stalwart Makes Clarifications….

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-A Stalwart of the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) says no Government official would be dismissed, for not supporting the Party in the December 8, 2020, polls.

In an ELBC interview Tuesday, August 18, 2020, the CDC Montserrado County Representative, Acarious Gray, described the looming dismissal report for Government officials failing to support the CDC Candidate, as false and misleading.

Representative Gray also clarified that at no time did President George Weah and hierarchy of the Party hold discussion, to threaten Government officials to support the Party’s candidate or face dismissal.

Representative Gray, however, said:” Only partisans of the CDC would be under moral obligation to defend and uphold what he calls the ‘revolutionary mandate’ of the Party.”

Meanwhile, Representative Gray has further clarified that the current community engagements involvement finance Minister Samuel Tweah is not campaign related, but an attempt by the Minister to explain Government’s financial policy to the ordinary Liberians.
