MONROVIA, LIBERIA – A project aimed at improving Solid Waste Management Services in Monrovia and Paynesville has been launched by the European Union.
The two- year grant and loan project will focus on the improvement of waste management services and promote renewable energy in Greater Monrovia .
The project will provide financial support to community based and small medium enterprises to improve waste services.
It will also ensure that equipment are procured and presented to community based and small medium enterprises for waste collection.
The EU two- year Solid Waste Management Project will be implemented by Cities Alliance.
