MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah has departed the Country to participate in the inaugurations of Presidents Alassane Ouattara of Ivory Coast and Alpha Conde of Guinea.
According to an Executive Mansion release issued on Monday, December 14, 2020, President Weah departed the Country on Monday via the Roberts International Airport in Lower Margibi County.
The release is quoted as saying the Liberian Leader is expected to join other Heads of States at the inaugural ceremony in neighboring Ivory Coast.
While in the Ivory Coast, President Weah is due to hold bilateral meetings with other leaders, including the Presidents of Ethiopia, Sahle-Work Zewde.
On Tuesday, December, 15, President Weah will join other world leaders for the swearing-in ceremony of Professor Alpha Conde of neighboring Guinea.
Meanwhile, President Weah is expected to return via the RIA following the inauguration.
