MONROVIA, LIBERIA-The House of Representatives has reinstated Montserrado County District Number-Ten Representative, Yekeh Kolubah.
The Plenary’s latest decision followed hearings into a Writ of Prohibition involving the body and Representative Kolubah before the Supreme Court Justice in Chambers, Cllr. Joseph Nagbe, on Thursday, April 22, 2021.
The House of Representatives’ Chairman on Judiciary, Kanio Wesso, informed Plenary that Justice Nagbe instructed the body to render Representative Kolubah due process.
ELBC Legislative Reporter said:” The body also reached a decision to have Representative Kolubah appear before its Committee on Rules, Order and Administration in line with the mandate of the Justice in Chambers.”
Recently, the House of Representatives suspended the Montserrado County Lawmaker for thirty meeting days over utterances deemed inappropriate.
