MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor says Liberia’s pragmatic and friendly cooperation with the People’s Republic of China will only get brighter and broader.
VP Taylor said:” The Country’s relationship with China has, over the years, yielded some tangible results that are beneficial to citizens.”
According to the Vice President, the China-funded ‘overpass bridges’ project, clinical reference laboratory and several interventions will only help make Liberia better.
In a release issued recently, the remarks by VP Taylor were contained in a special statement ahead of celebrations marking the hundredth anniversary of the funding of the Communist Party of China on Thursday, July 1, 2021.
Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor, on behalf of the Liberian Government, extended heartfelt congratulations to President Xi Jinping and all members of the Party for their stewardship.
