LOWER MARGIBI COUNTY, LIBERIA-A High Power Liberian Delegation has returned home following a successful trip to the United States of America.
The five member delegation met some top US Government officials, including members of Congress and Senior White House officials.
While in Washington, DC, the Liberian delegation got assurances from influential congressman Senator Lindsay Graham that he will push for Liberia to get second impact grant under the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
The delegation included Finance and Development Planning Minister Samuel Tweah, Information Minister Ledgerhood Rennie, Monrovia City Mayor Jefferson Koigee and Minister of State for Presidential Affairs Nathaniel McGill.
They arrived back home on Thursday evening, September 30, 2021, to a rousing welcome at the Roberts International Airport in Lower Margibi County.
