MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Rivercess County Education Officer has raised alarm over the absence of three-hundred-ninety-five public school teachers in the County.
Mr. Peter Knowden said:” The absence of the teachers is posing serious constraints to the County Educational System.
Knowden noted that the County Education Payroll is flooded with teachers, but they are yet to be seen in the classrooms.
Meanwhile, the Liberian educator is calling on teachers who asked for study leave over the past years to return and serve the County.
He maintained that if the teachers refused to return, he will officially communicate with the Ministry of Education to take the appropriate action.
