The Collaborating Political Parties poses no threat to the Coalition for Democratic Change come 2023-Chief Cyril Allen

by Joseph Sayon

MONROVIA, LIBERIA-An Official of the Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC) Governing Council says the Collaborating Political Party (CPP) is not a threat to the ruling establishment’s victory in 2023.

Chief Cyril Allen said:” The CPP is disorganized and lacks leadership direction to compete with the CDC.”

Chief Allen re-echoed that CDC remains a formidable force in the 2023 General and Presidential Elections.

He told ELBC Super Morning Show on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, that the constituent parties of the CDC have instituted measures to promote unity and the image of the Coalition.

Chief Allen said:” Though there are some disagreements on some issues, the three constituent parties have engendered series of consultations to resolve concerns and move forward.”

Meanwhile, Chief Allen has maintained that the CPP will remain disintegrated up to 2023, because Mr. Alexander Cummings and former Vice President Joseph Boakai have refused to decide on the leadership direction of the opposition.
