In an ELBC interview Monday Minister, Ruth Coker-Collins named the ITI to Greenville corridor, Grand Gedeh to River Gee and the Lofa corridors as targeted areas for the construction hubs.

She added that the three hubs will host the Public Works Ministry’s fleet of earthmoving equipment, to keep the roads pliable during the rainy season.

The Public Works Minister disclosed that the Ministry will, next month, receive forty-two pieces of equipment to help fast-track road maintenance and other construction works across the Country.

At the same time, Minister Coker-Collins has named Karloken to Fish Town road, Ganta to Sanniquille, ELWA Junction to Coca-Cola Factory and Gbarnga to Salayea as roads to be dedicated next year.

The Public Works Minister noted that the roads are cardinal to the growth and development of the Country, especially ahead of the 2023 elections.
