RIVER GEE COUNTY, LIBERIA-A thirty year old man has died after being trapped in a gold pit in Gbeapo Killiken in River gee County.
ELBC Correspondent said the incident occurred while he was mining at the gold camp in the area.
Eye witnesses said while digging at the mine, the wall collapsed, leaving him underground.
Locals and fellow miners succeeded in getting him out but it was too late.
A fifteen-man jury set up by the police stated that he died as a result of the dirt that fell on him.
