MONROVIA, LIBERIA-President George Weah and entourage are in Washington, DC, the United States of America, following talks with Authorities of the United Arab Emirates.
Though details on the outcome of the talks are yet undisclosed, Deputy Presidential Press Secretary, Smith Toby, said:” The engagements were successful.”
The high-power Liberian Government Delegation departed Liberia Friday, March 17, 2023, to meet with UAE and US Government officials, Liberia’s development partners, and would be investors.
Liberia and the United Arab Emirates have renewed their commitment to enhancing greater corporation between the two countries for the mutual benefits of their respective Governments.
