MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Criminal Court “A” will today entertain legal arguments between State Prosecutors and the Defense Team representing indicted Chief Justice, Gloria Musu-Scott and three others over two separate motions.
It followed the submission of two separate motions, a Motion to Bail and a Motion for Discovery by the Defense Team representing.
Recently, Monrovia City denied the Defense Team’s motion to bail in favor of Cllr. Gloria Musu Scott and three others, due to lack of jurisdiction over the matter.
Defend ants Gloria Musu-Scott, Rebecca Youdeh Wisner, Gertrude Newton, and Alice Johnson were arrested for their alleged involvement in the killing of Charloe Musu at their Brewerville Residence in February, this year.
They are currently in prison awaiting court trial, after being formally indicted by the Liberian Government over reported murder, criminal conspiracy, and providing false information to law enforcement officers.
