MONROVIA, LIBERIA-WAEC-Liberia has released provisional results of its recently administered exams for more than nineteen thousand candidates drawn from the Junior High Division of public and private schools across Liberia.
WAEC’s Acting Head of the Test Administration Division, Isaac Toe, told reporters on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, during a roundtable briefing, that the results cover registered candidates, successful and unsuccessful candidates as well as those whose results are being withheld.
Mr. Toe also said:” More than six hundred schools’ test results have been withheld, due to collusion, and more than five thousand candidates’ exam results due to what he called exam irregularities.”
Mr. Isaac Toe, however, reassured the public of WAEC’s unflinching commitment to ensuring an environment that promotes transparent and credible conduct of public exams.
