Mr. Eddie Jarwolo believes that upholding the democratic tenets is the surest way of making Liberia’s governing system stronger.
The NAYMOTE Boss said:” Respect for the rule of law also guarantees the people’s fundamental rights, and the adherence to the tenets of democracy provides the compelling need to make appointed officials accountable to the people.”
Mr. Jarwolo further pointed out that for democracy to flourish, Government officials are required to make informed decisions in the interest of the people.
The NAYMOTE Boss was speaking during the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL) Symposium held under the theme “Armed Forces Commitment to Sustainable Democracy in Contemporary Time”.
Meanwhile, AFL Chief of Staff Designate, Col. Davidson Forleh, urged personnel of the Force to continue upholding their role in shifting the democratic fabric of the Country.

He expressed optimism that the symposium will contribute to a deeper understanding of the AFL’s commitment to sustainable democracy in contemporary times.
