MOPNROVIA, LIBERIA-Presiding Justice in Chambers at the Supreme Court of Liberia, Yusif Kaba, has ordered Gracious Ride Company Manager, Francis Blamo, to produce his legal standing in connection with a petition filed before the Court.
Mr. Blamo is to submit documentary evidence on or before Friday, April 5, 2024, to justify whether or not his petition was based on personal or corporate reliance.
Justice Kaba’s order followed a query by the Head of the Assets Recovery Team, Cllr. Edwin Kla Martin, during a legal conference between the two parties.
Cllr. Martin’s argument is seeking clarification from Gracious Ride Company through the Justice in Chambers to produce corporate or personal legal representation documentation into the petition filed.
Recently, the Manager of Gracious Ride Company filed a petition for Writ of Prohibition after fleets of commercial vehicles allegedly owned by the Liberian Government were impounded by the Asset Recovery Team.
