MONROVIA-LIBERIA-Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA) is expected to hold a major Consumer Awareness Campaign in Duazon and VOA Markets in Lower Margibi County later today.
According to the LTA, the Campaign is aimed at sharing vital information with Consumers on their rights and responsibilities.
The Consumers’ Awareness Campaign comes on the heels of the LTA striving to help consumers by establishing a free Short Code to reach the regulatory body as a last resort to settle service provider issues.
Consumer Manager Lee Nyamlon noted that the objective is to make it easier for consumers to have their issues resolved.
The Regulatory Awareness Campaign will also give consumers face-to-face engagement with the LTA.
