MONROVIA, LIBERIA-Vice President Jeremiah Koung is attending several high-level meetings in the Sierra Leonean capital, Freetown.
The meetings are aimed at galvanizing support in the fight against malnutrition.
Vice President Koung paid a courtesy to Sierra Leonean President Julius Maada Bio as part of his visit to Freetown.
President Bio and Vice President Koung held talks to strengthen the bilateral relations between both nations.
Vice President Koung said:” His visit is intended to enhance understanding, share knowledge, and identify actionable solutions to address malnutrition challenges in Liberia.”
The Liberian Vice President also held discussions with his Sierra Leonean counterpart, Mohammed Juldeh-Jalloh, on possible collaboration to rally support for the fight against malnutrition.
